~ A Song of Change ~

Sing me a song of change
that I may know the lyrics in my heart
there is so much to rearrange
and I don’t know where to start

regrets leave life on pause
and fear partakes in counterpart
if I can’t escape the cause
what hope is there to impart?

before my heart withdraws
what must I rearrange?
embrace me for my flaws
sing me a song of change.
