“Life in Colour” April photo challenge – pink

I’m a photo challenge newbie, and I’ve chosen HeyJude’s Life in Colour monthly color challenge to jump off the proverbial diving board. It’ll likely take me a few different posts to settle my groove as I’m still trying to figure out WordPress, the different media posting options and the whole pingback thing. So here goes – let’s get pretty in pink (now I want to watch that movie again. Who doesn’t love Duckie? For now, I’ll just listen to the song, because I also do love the Psychedelic Furs 😉

Taking part in the photo challenges is a great way to meet other people and build up a following. I would also suggest looking at the challenges that Cee lists on her blog, to see if there are others you might enjoy. It is all a lot of fun!

  2. Thank you, Jude 🙂 Normally I post poetry, but I do want to branch out with photography so I was happy to discover your post. I did also see Cee’s list and made note of several of the challenges. Did I say ‘several’? Haha, a little more than that. I will need to find a balance with playing a lot of these challenges while not inundating my followers with too many notifications in their mailboxes. I spent most of my afternoon (because I’m highly unorganized) looking for and organizing photos for another challenge, and I’d also like to do the six-sentence challenge. I only have the weekends to work on these, but am looking forward to participating in a lot of them 🙂

    1. Oh, I got super frustrated posting a draft of my latest photo challenge. The pictures didn’t format the same way and I have no idea why. Probably why my next post is still a draft lol!
