From the first whisper of dusk, you will know
as each star slowly flickers from slumber	
celestial liaisons with much to show
their luminous glory for your wonder
 
each star, a promise, destined to convey
a wish, a musing, each loving thought drawn
radiating words I could never say
tucked away at first light, but never gone

yesterday’s dreams still live for tomorrow	
unconditional love, I pray you knew
the essence of hope, with naught to borrow
a new star is born with each thought of you

the stars guide those who listen with their heart
and by their grace, are never far apart.
