Fade to Dream

~ Fade to Dream ~

From lavender and periwinkle
to the first whisper of a rose’s blush
in dreams you’ll find nary a wrinkle
when your heart is holding the brush

swirling and twirling
all inhibitions wash away
dancing, romancing
secrets have come out to play

blurred is the line between artist and muse
in the beguiling hours from dusk to dawn
joyous hearts reciprocate in mirrored hues
ensconced in slumber, where dreams are drawn.

  1. You and your romantic Friday Nights…

This poem really hits home for me.

I love where you took us this time.

May I read this over the air waves?

    Cordially Yours,
