"Don't you dare," laughed Glasgow Girl. "Do you want us to get kicked out of here?"
"This doesn't feel like a 'first date' with you, because I feel we have always been together..."
Glasgow Girl giggled. "I'm sure I'll regret that soon."
Glasgow Girl sighed softly to herself ‘well, I’m toast,’ she thought.
"I really can't believe you're doing this."
With a move she knew Renn wouldn't be expecting, she quickly reached out and yanked the envelope out of her hand.
"You're sure you're okay this this?" Renn asked, not for the first time. Gabby looked sideways at her friend. "It's a little late now, don't you think?"
Wes turned full body to stare at Gabby in disbelief. "Do I even know you?" he asked her incredulously.
Gabby shrugged her shoulders. "I make no apologies for who I am."
"You're not fooling me with that smile. You're enjoying every minute of this," accused Wes.
